The Newest House Project

We are in the middle of remolding both bathrooms upstairs, which included tearing out everything in the master bath. It was only a stand up shower and we are putting in a jetted tub, new ceilings, new tile, new moldings, new toilet, and all new fixtures. We are looking forward to getting it finished, especially me because I can not stand to clean the bathrooms because no matter how hard I clean it never seems clean. Anthony did all the demo himself which I think he really enjoyed! We are not doing anything to the vanities as of yet but that will be the next project once we save up for it! =)
We also had a BIG BLESSING with the last hail storm we sustained hail damage and insurance is paying for a new roof. YIPEEEE! We are so thankful because we really needed a new roof and will get one in the next two weeks. Who knew there were a billion different colors of shingles to choose from.

Lula gets her ears pierced!

Not really but we were playing with stickers and were having such a good time. Here Lula is trying on all her hair bows at once. Dress up is so much fun!

Since Phoebe is refusing to grow any hair then I am forced to buy her head bands...... she is too cute in them but tries to take them off as soon as I put them on her!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great long weekend but did not take many pictures. We had cookouts, family time, and lots of pool time. Lula can now touch the shallow end of the pool and we finally convinced her to take her arm floaties off. Phoebe is now chattering up a storm and says words like "uh-oh" when she drops something and says "see" and points to whatever it is that has her attention at the time.

A Crane!!

Lula got to watch a crane remove a fallen tree off of our neighbors house. It was so neat to watch them move that big tree! Lula of course had her ears covered because she thought it was going to be loud.

Phoebe is into everything and very curious too! She likes to watch and mimic her big sister. In the picture she is trying to write on the chalk board.

I have been tagged!!

I have tell 6 crazy things about me and tag 6 other people but everyone else I know has been tagged so I will just tell my little quirks.

1. I have ran a marathon pregnant, they ran out of food at the end and boy was I one mad hungry prego!
2. I use to have my belly button pierced.
3. I was a big fan of NKOTB and was excited to hear they are back. =)
4.When I watch TV I totally focus in on it and do not pay attention when people talk to me....it drives Anthony crazy.
5. Everyday I play music and the girls and I dance like crazy for as long as we can last.....I am sure my neighbors think I am crazy because the windows are open and all they hear is music and see people dancing and running around. I know they think I am running a zoo at times.
6. I have no sense of direction and it is so bad that if I venture out further than about 15 mile radius of my house I inevitably get lost and usually have to call Anthony to find my way home. It happens more times than I like.

Adventure, Family, and Fun

Here Comes the Rain
Here Lula was enjoying a rainy day with her umbrella!
Lula goes Camping!
Lula had her first camping experience in the back yard with her daddy. She got to roast marshmallows by the campfire, play with the flashlight in the dark, and she slept in the tent all night long.
Mikayla got baptized!!
We are so proud that we got to share that moment with her, way to go!!
We celebrated her Birthday at Los Rayos but they did not let her keep the hat. Happy Birthday!

Pool Days are Here!!
The pool is open for business and we were ready. The water was cold but we managed to have a good time!

Angel Baby!
I had to put these two pics in because this is our little angel with devil horns. That is actually her skullet, skull and mullet, protruding from the sides of her head. I went to take off her swimsuit and that it the way her hair looked! It was so funny!

For more pictures check out the photo album to the side marked May(Coming Soon). Enjoy!

Busy Week

We have had one busy fun week and have really enjoyed the beautiful weather. The family took a bike ride to the park for a picnic and play. The girls enjoy riding in the bike trailer and then playing on the playground. We wanted to feed the ducks at the river but they were on the other side but we did get to see a woman baptized in the river.Lula got her daddy all to herself on Wednesday night for a bonfire to roast marshmallows and get to stay up past her bedtime while mommy went for a run. Anthony had to find her a long stick because she is afraid of fire.
Thursday was our 9 year anniversary and we celebrated as a family.

Harper B&B Weekend & Grau's Newest Addition

We were back in Chattavegas this weekend originally for the 3State 3Mtn Bike Ride but Anthony did not do it due to the bad thunderstorms. It was still a great weekend! A big THANKS to Aunt Brittany and Uncle Steve for watching Lula for the weekend. We enjoyed spending time with Phoebe too. We also got to meet Anna Claire for the first time, which she is absolutely precious! Thanks to the Harpers for letting us stay and feeding us. We appreciate it and enjoyed it so much!
