Weekend...

So we finally had a house warming party. It was so much fun and so thankful for all the wonderful people in our lives. Thanks to all that came to celebrate with us!

I have finally got Grey off the paci. Since he will be 2 in December I thought it best to get rid of it! Thankfully I used the trick of making the paci the enemy as you can see in the picture below. I first make a slit in it and then cut off a piece a day until finally he does not want it.

We are limiting on TV but the kids do like to watch Animal Planet. The funny thing is that Carlos loves to watch the animal shows too.

Memorial Day Weekend

First I want to say how thankful we are for the soldiers that have and are serving this amazing country, the fallen soldiers because of their ultimate sacrifice, and for the families of all the soldiers. I feel blessed that I live in a place where I can worship and serve my Lord and Savior, a place of amazing opportunity, and a safe place to raise my family.

We had a wonderful long weekend lounging by the pool, hanging with friends, and had some quality family time.

Pool party.

Summer is coming!

Anthony went to see Brittany and Steve walk for graduation..... we are so proud of them both!! Way to Go!!!

We dedicated Greyson on Mother's Day. We also had to pick a life verse for him and we choose 1 Thess. 5: 16-18:
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you through Christ Jesus
He was so cute and is getting so big.
I had a wonderful Mother's Day complete with breakfast in bed and a three hour nap! That equals one happy mommy. =) I feel so blessed and thankful for my family.

Ashley and Savannah came for a visit too. Thanks for coming and hope to see you soon.

The pool is opened on weekends and Anthony took the girls last weekend to check out the pool. It is still cold water but will quickly warm up.

Hard to believe that Lula is almost through her first full year of school. There are two weeks of school left and we are all excited for summer fun! The girls and I had fun painting our toes to get ready for summer.
Carlos had to wear the cone of shame because we had him neutered. He is a growing boy too weighing in at almost 50lbs.

Lula did a program at school and did a fabulous job. We are so proud of her and can not believe that in 2 weeks she will be a first grader.

Oh My......

Okay, I can not believe it has been so long since my last post!So much has happened...

Greyson turned 1! He is a cuddlebug and is into everything. He is running, not walking, has 6 teeth, and says I love you!! Still no hair.

For his birthday we had a big family party at our home the begining of December.

We welcomed Hannah Faith to the World and we are so happy for Brittany and Steve.

Here is a pic of the kids with Santa.....as you can see Greyson loved it! Thanks to Nana and Grandpa for spending Christmas with us. Thank you Nana for all your help, could not have done it without you!

Here is a pic of the fam in front of our new home. We were going to rent but we found a home in a wonderful neighborhood to purchase. It meant moving Lula to a new school in a new county. The week we moved we have a big snow so it forced us to unpack. We are loving the neighborhood and the girls love all the new friends they are making on the street. Thanks to all our family and friends that came out to help us clean, pack, and move!!! We could not have done it without you all!!!! God was in control because the timing of everything worked out and it has been a great experience. We love our new home and look forward to see what God has in store for us. Praise GOD!

Here is a picture of our new little guy, Carlos. He is a standard poodle and we love him to pieces! The girls are still getting use to him but getting better at handling him. Potty training is going well and now with the fenced in yard he gets more outside time.

Here is a picture of the infamous building.....apparently someone did not like it and called the city on us when we built it. We then had to move it about 20 ft. and we also built a fence. We now have all the premits needed and the building moved. Now we wait for the city to come out and check us. Hopefully everything will be to their liking and we can be DONE with it! Just when I think I am getting the hang of this life, God quickly reminds me how much I have to learn. God is good!

Here is my big girl on her first day at her new school. Very proud of her and she loves her new friends and school.

My sweet baby girls...they are getting so big. I did take Phoebe out of Pre-school but she will start back up next school year to prepare, dare I say it, for Kindergarten. I can not believce it! I am enjoying her being at home with me, although challenging at times. =)

Big post but I will try to keep up with it better. We feel so blessed and Praise God!!!
Until next time....

The Weekend...

The weekend was so much fun...a Big thank you to Michelle and Jason for watching the kids and putting up with us all weekend. Mr. Masters and I went to the TN game, which we barely beat UAB?! We had a blast tail gating with some great people and really had a fun day: great food, great weather but not so great of a game.

We had a blast with the family...staying up late, going to church together, and lots of visiting. We got to visit Michelle and Jason's new store, Clutter Closet. It was great and even bought some stuff. We are also awaiting the newest addition to the family, sweet baby Ramey, who is due Oct. 15th.

On the way home we visited Nana Carol and Papaw but did not take any pics. We all had a great weekend!

Also have been meaning to post...sadly we gave the dog back to the sweet women we got him from. He was a perfect dog except when left alone and had anxiety issues. It was a little more then we could or were willing to handle but we are thankful we took him on a trial basis. We also realized that we are just not ready for a doogie right now but maybe one day....

New Memeber of the family...

We proudly introduce the newest member of our family.... He is a 68lb 1 yr old Labradoodle that we fell in love with at first sight!! His name is Deuce, but we are brainstorming for a new name but we are wanting to see more of his personality first before we decide. He is gentle, sweet spirited, and a perfect match for our family.
Photobucket
He gets to meet his new Daddy tomorrow and we plan to have a weekend full of adventure with him in tow....
Photobucket
He is not a licker or a jumper which I really love but he follows me around everywhere. It is really sweet and I figure it will take a little bit to get him settled but so far so good. =)
Photobucket
I will be posting an update soon but we are all so very excited to have him and looking forward to integrating him into our crazy family.
