This was Lula and Phoebe walking to the bus yesterday morning. I thought it was so sweet. Also we waited anxiously for Lu's return from school yesterday afternoon, even Mr. Masters took off from work early to see her get off the bus. So I had the video camera and Mr. M had the camera and we were poised and ready.....we watched the neighbors kids get off the bus then the doors start to close. I waved to the driver and ask if she was on the bus and guess what?!! She was not on the bus at all...I was telling myself not to panic but inside I was panicking. Thankfully the teacher had mistakenly put her in the car rider line instead of the bus line. I live so close to the school that I was able to get to her quickly. All was well and everything sorted out. It also did not deter L from wanting to go back to school. Let's hope this afternoon she gets off the bus. =)
So we have only been into the school year for three days but Phoebe is really starting to show her personality. First off getting use to her not having a constant companion is definitely something to get use too. As the days go on she is enjoying playing with what she wants and when she wants too. This morning before Lu went to school I over heard a conversation between the girls. L asked P is she would take her beloved "Baby Marki" and care for her while she is away at school. L gave very detailed information on how to care for her. Below is a picture of P holding Baby M and has not put her down since L left for school. P is so loving, tenderhearted, and smart. I love seeing her blossom into one cool kid and enjoy getting to spend some one on one time with her.
Now since Grey is mobile and into everything then I have been putting him into things like his highchair, bouncy swing, pack-n-play, and anything else to contain that boy. I am reminded of the book "Where the Wild Things Are" and that this is the beginning of my Wild little boys adventure. Let the Wild Rumpus" begin...
God is so great and I feel so blessed to have three amazing little ones. I am also thankful for an amazing husband too...Mr. Masters you ROCK!
