Changes...

This was Lula and Phoebe walking to the bus yesterday morning. I thought it was so sweet. Also we waited anxiously for Lu's return from school yesterday afternoon, even Mr. Masters took off from work early to see her get off the bus. So I had the video camera and Mr. M had the camera and we were poised and ready.....we watched the neighbors kids get off the bus then the doors start to close. I waved to the driver and ask if she was on the bus and guess what?!! She was not on the bus at all...I was telling myself not to panic but inside I was panicking. Thankfully the teacher had mistakenly put her in the car rider line instead of the bus line. I live so close to the school that I was able to get to her quickly. All was well and everything sorted out. It also did not deter L from wanting to go back to school. Let's hope this afternoon she gets off the bus. =)

So we have only been into the school year for three days but Phoebe is really starting to show her personality. First off getting use to her not having a constant companion is definitely something to get use too. As the days go on she is enjoying playing with what she wants and when she wants too. This morning before Lu went to school I over heard a conversation between the girls. L asked P is she would take her beloved "Baby Marki" and care for her while she is away at school. L gave very detailed information on how to care for her. Below is a picture of P holding Baby M and has not put her down since L left for school. P is so loving, tenderhearted, and smart. I love seeing her blossom into one cool kid and enjoy getting to spend some one on one time with her.

Now since Grey is mobile and into everything then I have been putting him into things like his highchair, bouncy swing, pack-n-play, and anything else to contain that boy. I am reminded of the book "Where the Wild Things Are" and that this is the beginning of my Wild little boys adventure. Let the Wild Rumpus" begin...

God is so great and I feel so blessed to have three amazing little ones. I am also thankful for an amazing husband too...Mr. Masters you ROCK!

Many Happenings...

So many things going on in the Masters home recently.... summer time fun in the pool with friends, our little man is crawling and starting to pull up on things, Mr. Masters and I are officially the parents of a kindergartner, and we have decided to put our home back on the market...
Here is video of Grey crawling. He has been crawling a couple of weeks and is getting very fast. He is pulling up and playing patty cake....

The girls have loved the pool and both learned to swim this summer. Phoebe loves to dive for things and Lula loves to jump off the diving board.

The Shih Family came to our pool for some fun...we cooked out and the kids played for about 5 hours. We were all exhausted.

Lula standing at her school sign before it started. Mr. Masters took the day off so we can all take Lula to her first day. She was so excited and as for me I wanted things to go slow but it was all a blurr dropping her off, leaving me and poor Phoebe in tears. Lula walked right in like she has been going there forever and never even looked back to say goodbye. I think that was easier for me but it was so odd leaving her there knowing she would be there all day long. The good Lord was watching over me today and I only cried once. I tried staying busy by helping Mr. Masters clean out the garage, which we can actually park a car in it now.
PhotobucketShe came home so excited and ready go back. Looking forward to watching her blossom this school year.

Phoebe will be starting Pre-school next month, which I am not sure what it will be like with just one child home with me!?! Phoebe has been doing great and has started writing her name and learning her address. She is very excited about starting her school.

We have decided to put our home back on the market and try to find something more suitable for our family of five. We have given it over to God and feel at peace with this big decision. We are excited to see what happens next.

The Beach....

As summer comes to a close we enjoyed our last vacation as a family of no school children.... My sweet Lula starts school August 9th. We are not ready, well me anyway, but it is coming and she will be an official kindergarten come Monday. The beach was great and we had a blast but now we are grounded for a while...
